Here is a list of note names with their equivalent Midi note numbers and frequencies. You may find it useful for tasks such as filter or sample playback tuning- I sometimes do. The lower frequencies are accurate to more decimal places than the higher notes. If you want a more accurate measurement of frequency for higher notes, then multiply the lower frequencies (double per octave).
