This is a piece of freeware I found on the internet. It allows the Atari to compress & decompress zip files, the format we use at this site.
All of the files needed are not zipped, but in a self-extracting TOS file (although due to problems experienced downloading it, I have renamed it to zip). After all, it would be of no use whatsoever zipping the program that unzips the file that contains the program that you need to unzip!!!
This program looks best in high resolution but works fine in medium resolution as well. However the graphics are messed up when you try to run it in low resolution.
More details about this program are given in the readme file, but for now, click here and once downloaded, rename the file to "STZIP26.TOS".
